Each arrangement is handmade so whilst all care is taken to create the product as you see here, no two will ever be exactly the same. That's the best part!

Because of this, please allow for slight variences in colour and size.
CHANGE OF MIND We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you read the product information correctly before purchasing. By placing your order you have acknowledged and accepted these terms.

DAMAGE Please check your order upon arrival and advise us immediately if you find any issues. If you find any damage to your arrangement please send a photo of both the box prior to opening and the arrangement inside along with details of the damage to info@thewoodengarden.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order. We will then decide if the damage is minor and repairable with replacement roses or deemed severe in which case we will ask you to return the arrangement in the same packaging it arrived in and a replacement will be sent back to you.

Please note that due to the nature of the wooden petals, they quite often have small splits in the wood. This is perfectly normal and will not be accepted as damage.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification and tracking details.

Whilst the utmost care has been used to pack your order and the parcels marked 'fragile' appropriately, there will always be a small risk of damage during transit. If your order has been damaged please refer to our 'Return & Refund Policy' for further details.
