Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification and tracking details when your order has shipped. PLEASE NOTE - Processing times may be extended during peak times such as Valentine's Day and Mothers Day so please allow enough time to ensure that you receive your order by your required date. If you do need your item in a hurry please contact us via our contact form.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post using their standard shipping service. Alternatively, Express Post is available - please contact us for a quote.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification including your tracking details.

Whilst the utmost care has been used to pack your order and the parcels marked 'fragile' appropriately, there will always be a small risk of damage during transit.
If your order has been damaged please refer to our 'Returns Policy' for further details.

CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you read the product information correctly before purchasing. By placing your order you have acknowledged and accepted these terms.

DAMAGES
Once your parcel has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot control how it is handled during transit no matter how much FRAGILE tape we wrap around it.
Please check your order upon arrival and advise us immediately if there are any issues. If you find any damage to your arrangement please send a photo of both the box prior to opening and the arrangement inside along with details of the damage to info@thewoodengarden.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order.
We will then decide if the damage is minor and repairable with replacement roses or deemed severe in which case we will ask you to return the arrangement including the packaging it arrived in and a replacement will be sent back to you.

Please note that due to the nature of the wooden petals, they quite often have small splits in the wood. This is perfectly normal and will not be accepted as damage.
