CHANGE OF MIND We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you read the product information correctly before purchasing. By placing your order you have acknowledged and accepted these terms.
DAMAGE Please check your order upon arrival and advise us immediately if you find any issues. If you find any damage to your arrangement please send a photo of both the box prior to opening and the arrangement inside along with details of the damage to info@thewoodengarden.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order. We will then decide if the damage is minor and repairable with replacement roses or deemed severe in which case we will ask you to return the arrangement in the same packaging it arrived in and a replacement will be sent back to you.
Please note that due to the nature of the wooden petals, they quite often have small splits in the wood. This is perfectly normal and will not be accepted as damage.
